This month’s guest speaker will be William “Bill” Ely. Bill is a Christian, pro-American, pro-Constitution conservative.
Bill is a notable figure in the Texas Republican Party; Ely is recognized for his strong conservative principles and his advocacy for election integrity and voter protection. 
His impactful work has garnered him various awards, including the Conservative Leader Award from The Texas Scorecard in 2024, highlighting his dedication to the conservative movement in Texas.
Here are some of his activities:
Harris County Precinct Chair: 844 (10+ years)
Harris County Republican Party: Training and Development Chair and the Ballot Security
Committee. Bill has also served and chaired the Platform Committee, representing SD7, at
district and state levels.
Director at the Cypress Tea Party, Cy-Fair for Liberty PAC and Harris County MAGA PAC.
Convention of States: District Captain HD130, previous State Grassroots Coordinator and State
Coalition Director.
Concerned that we are losing the battle for America’s soul, Bill agrees we must renew self-governance at
all levels.
